The National Archives and a watchdog group, sent a letter to the Department of Justice (DOJ) on Thursday for an investigation into the destruction of e-mail, John Yoo, since the summer of 2002 when he and other Government lawyers prepare and end the legal information the CIA has redefined torture and interrogation allowed the brutal war against terror detainees.
