It's called self preservation. There, pretty simple huh. We have a tornado warning system here where I live, and my family and I are in the basement LONG before we ever hear that siren going off. Libs/dims/socialists have lost that instinct a long time ago thanks to the cradle to grave care they expect from Big Government. You think some siren warning system is necessary to warn the general population of an impending wave? How ridiculously naive. Anyone that thinks spending the ridiculous amounts of money needed for a Tsunami warning center is money well spent is not rational. Wow.
