Why are state governments, in which new national media rarely venture in local newspapers working with a very limited staff and readers of the contraction, where space is largely useless idiots are basically groups pressure can overcome the madness and the right thinking chef can – and there is an artisan dedicated to the cuisine of terrible ideas Republican state legislatures to pass. (As good as the enforcement of immigration in Arizona is not fully formed in the minds of the senators was stupid.). Numskulls fans and the legislatures of several states elected at the last election is, as many judges of Bush and Reagan, therefore the longest and perhaps most damaging of recent Republican resurgence.

Bill is the second bill to include "Do not follow the" Rules for the house in February, Rep. John D. Rockefeller IV (D-Illinois), the senator said Friday. A second bill, the No-Track Online Act of 2011, will be introduced by Senator Jackie Speier, a Democrat, introduced the failure to follow me in line Act of 2011, which would give the Federal Trade Commission 18 months to with corporate standards to follow when dealing with online tracking. E 'was referred to the Subcommittee on Commerce, Trade and Industry, and remained there since.

"I think it is necessary to ensure that personal information and consumers 'private' is personal and private." I have always supported legislative initiatives to increase protection for consumers, "Barton said in a release. It does not follow the 2011 Children Act is a law that made protecting our children a priority, and I think this is a first important step in respecting the privacy of consumers .. "I realize that the collection of information by consumers is necessary to conduct business online, but it is never acceptable to abuse this information.

Google, meanwhile, has an extension called Chrome keep my opt-out, which allows users to permanently opt out of the ad tracking cookies. Microsoft Security Monitoring is included in the release candidate of Internet Explorer 9, which was announced earlier this year. Google, Microsoft and Mozilla versions and incorporate "no track" in your browser, Mozilla has added a beta version of Firefox on 4 February.

A bill similar to California, SB 761, introduced by Senator Alan Lowenthal, D-Long Beach, to require companies operating in California to bring their web sites to honor "do not follow the" requests sent to From the user's browser. The state Senate Judiciary Committee voted to move forward in the Senate by a vote of 3-2.

The "dynamic duo" of privacy – Representative Ed Markey and Joe Barton – the credit for leading this important new legislation that we need a privacy law XXI century, which protects children and young "..". "Young people are the target of a powerful digital data collection monitoring, wherever they are – on mobile phones, social networking, games or surf the Web," Chester said in a statement. Children who do not follow the legislation will ensure they are protected online. Parents and those who care about the youth of America should support this bill.

If a consumer can not track personal information, Rockefeller said, the bill would allow companies "to get only the information necessary for the site or online service to function and be effective, but a legal obligation to destroy company online or made anonymous once the data is no longer necessary "..

Nothing is more evident than in our energy policy, in which there is much talk about the dangers of relying on foreign oil and the importance of producing our energy. A new bill is moving through the Legislature of California, offers a new way to create this energy – and the use of our delivery trucks.

According to the author of the bill, California Assemblyman Mike Gatto (D-Los Angeles), "A section of a mile two-lane roads can generate enough power for 500 households for a year, or power supply of 120 vehicles per day. . 'The program will place sensors on roads in California, capturing the vibrations generated by vehicles and converts them into electrical energy. The bill establishes a pilot program in California to study streets piezoelectric generation – in this case is a nice way of saying that the energy created by the vibrations.

Do not use new tax dollars. "The law was approved by the Natural Resources Committee on a 6-1 vote last week, and now head of the Assembly Committee on Transportation. Gatto stated that funds for such projects have already been awarded through substitution of renewable fuels and California Vehicle Technology program: "My bill has already been set aside years of money on creative projects like this.

Wait, what do we connect the piezoelectric device, something solid? Ah, why not join a road that was and is more like the bowling ally for the car rolls more easily, and uses the know gas.Another model cars use more gas high on a road development of vibration is maximum in miniature .. But perhaps we can not make the roads more difficult, perhaps even moving, so you could use this movement, the vibrations create energy? Mmm, well, then use a piezoelectric device to the ground and as the work of piezoelectric devices to generate electrical resistance movement (the free energy has not said a boy) that attach to something solid on the other side and buildings , voila! Electricity, the car overturned.

The Vermont Senate passed a bill to reform the universal health system in a 21-8, largely along party lines Monday after five hours in the Green Room. (Kevin Mullin, R-Rutland, voted yes. Bobby Starr, D-North Troy, senators voted to resume nay.The Bill at third reading on Tuesday, the spirit of compromise was in order and in them.

With a little holiday break, the senators seemed to be in a spirit of conciliation on Monday – despite complaints from the addition of more than a day to your regular schedule Tuesday through Friday. The stress of spending all the money accounts of the night sessions this week took its toll – on Thursday, his troops were in riot mode. Senate President Pro Tem John Campbell seemed to breathe a sigh of relief today in the initial phase of one of the bills more complex and controversial move by the Legislature – 2006 as the last effort at reform.

In fact, the changes addressed by the legislature as the bill has passed second reading in no brainers. Among the seven who were taken, five amendments were withdrawn and two friends who have been approved by the Senate Committee on Health and Welfare. The second sub-members of the armed forces who have insurance through TRICARE support free Green Mountain. One of the changes are more detailed conflict of interest requirements for members of the Green Mountain Guard.

Changes should be taken Tuesday at from a proposal to form a Galbraith Health Insurance Company of Vermont, or the public insurance option. 15, 2012.) A proposal by Sen. most changes, however, turn around access issues (movement of persons here in droves to enjoy the state single-payer system?), questions of costs (the companies will pay more attention now?) and concern about the funding mechanism that wouldnt be revealed until 2013, after the next elections in 2012.

Yesterday cited a study by the Vermont Joint Fiscal Office, Steve Kappel, a physician financial analyst, and the Department of Banking, Insurance, Securities and Health Administration. In combination with funds from the Affordable Care Act, the savings are possible within the health system. The math works, "said Ayer.

He compared the government to put pressure on taxpayers or less safe Shumlin companies to force consumers to go to a supermarket where is the number of eggs that could buy rationed .. Brock has accused the federal and the state of rising health care costs through regulation, interference and bad policy.

Both measures have been proposed strict requirements for presidential candidates to get on the ballot (Birthe Bill) in Arizona and the proposal to allow people to carry weapons at specific locations of the University (The bill Guns on campus) . It's a relief that the two were rejected by a conservative who has finally drawn a line in the Arizona desert that some right-wing ideas are too ugly, stupid and an insult to be legally binding. What a relief that the Republican governor of Arizona, Jan Brewer, has vetoed two bills unfounded by the legislature, apparently controlled by a cabal of Republicans crazy Partiers tea and worshipers of perpetual tax cuts guru Grover Norquist.

Fortunately, the part-time legislator in Arizona is now out of session until next year if you can not ignore the right of veto (which are the votes in the House and Senate are overwhelmingly Republican). It's a relief that the legislature pass other bills you can not fool the rest of 2011.

(Do not these people have jobs and other important things to deal with?) However, no fools, idiots and donkeys give up. population and remains a minority in all voters. They believe their false facts, conspiracy theories and worldviews immutable. (Some children may also suffer from male genitalia and the cerebral cortex even smaller.) Luck (which could be worse), which constitute only about 20% of the United States can influence the outcome of an election, but our manager oligarchy / plutocracy / kleptocracy does not take them too seriously. At this point, the decline of American empire, as best we can hope is that it could have been worse. The gun nuts and now women who give birth after the Governor of beer through recall and major challenges. I'm just a lunatic American political landscape increasingly serious. I do not know why these two bills vetoed deserved rejection as I have discussed these issues in several previous posts on TMV.

The critical point is that women who stop Obama's mother was 119 days before her 19th birthday, and therefore the "5 years" was not satisfied.

In other words, this is not your grandfather or the Republican Party of Lincoln. On Friday, Bill Maher brings his blend of logic, humor, and political debate on American television. In defense of methamphetamine, a drug, so they were very offended by being compared to the GOP tea. E 'became a phenomenon of the right to see a political party, as well as nuts as the BNP and UKIP in the UK. He compared the Republicans to govern with rooms with a meth addict.

Republicans have abandoned all pretense and, to use an expression borrowed from the world of showbiz, the show jumped the shark (the point on the agenda of television history in which the story goes off in silly stories, characterizations most unlikely place and progressive of the characters are often the result of efforts to revive interest in a show that the public had begun to decline. Wikipedia).

Bill Maher said it best here (Republican diatribe begins 3:00 mark.) Affirming that his victory in November was the obligation to fix the economy and create jobs, jobs, jobs, the area Republican Party has not created a job, and instead has focused on: the right to abortion and unions public performance, Islamic law, even babies, a mosque on Ground Zero, ACORN, NPR, the war on Christmas, New Year Black Panthers, family planning and Michelle Obama in the war against childhood obesity (or even Sarah Palin has demonstrated a speech that offers cookies to everyone, saying, in essence, the government has no right to tell us what this or not eating).

The Republican Party, with its business partners FOX News media have shown a willingness to accept the absurdity that the truth of the gospel and playing the fear card every possible angle. Wilbur Mills was arrested for speeding on a continuous basis, and Argentina stripper that comes with it jumped into the Potomac River Basin to avoid arrest and detection. It inaugurated a period of madness, Congress has not been seen since 1974, when the representative

The Republican Party encouraged by the U.S. Supreme Court case of Citizens United for companies to donate what they want to whomever they want, the road is full of traps, 2012 will be a wall on the negative publicity, not only during the election campaign but every day, attacking all the senses and sensibility. We hope the government of Pakistan is still too far away and the Democrats regain control of Congress and key Statehouse. Otherwise, get ready for President Sarah Palin and operation of the general bedlam.

We are committed to voices. If free, independent and critical that you like what you see here and want to make a donation to support future development would be very grateful. We have seen an epic invasion free and independent media last year with the money spent to buy the American elections. Thanks. Progressive UK is a free service.

Mr. Fu also relates to the protection of the law of patients and costs of care, the health bill that Democrats approved a conciliation procedure for budget support set aside the possibility of a filibuster. Ruffini was referring, of course, the decision of the Wisconsin Republicans to strip the provisions of collective bargaining in the draft Scott Walker Governor's budget and vote on them separately, overcoming the need for a quorum of senators democratic state have refused to leave the state.

But there is general agreement – even in some polls sponsored by conservative groups – the Republican position was unpopular, probably in the unpopular position that the health care of the Democrats. "And the most unpopular position – the limitation of rights collective bargaining – is that the Republicans last night. The quality of research on the case in Wisconsin was not amazing.

One question is how this could hurt Republicans in the state. In essence, all out of Wisconsin in Madison and Milwaukee metropolitan areas is closely divided between Democrats and Republicans, can be a multiplier of the changes, even the relatively low or the public. As noted by David Dayen, Democrats will have the opportunity to respond almost immediately, even in the April 5 elections, which could tip the balance of the Supreme Court of Wisconsin, and in the effort to recall Republican state senators.

A Pew survey earlier this month found that while there was little overall change in the view of unions – the public will have a favorable opinion of them in a plurality of a plurality of 45 to 41 47 No 39 a statistically significant increase – there are exceptions among these groups. Two groups that may have more memories are two basic groups of the Democratic base: families and EU voters who call themselves liberals. You might wonder what the voters out of state will take over the discussion of Wisconsin a year from now, since other issues such as health of the national economy, the debate over the federal budget and the war in Afghanistan.

(The voter turnout in the EU family in the electorate has fallen to 17 percent in 2010, from 21 percent in 2008, according to exit polls.) Although self-described liberals almost always vote to Democrats, 35 to 40 percent of working families who voted Republican in recent elections. If the fraction is reduced to something like 30 percent during the same period to increase the participation of trade unions, which would hurt the Republicans by a few percentage points nationwide. Wisconsin, and encourage voting groups – which are generally very reliable, but not in 2010.
