The Herald has been ignored by the joint service for the last two visits of Obama, despite calls from the White House reporter for the local pool. His speech in the afternoon Cyclorama South End is open to all media, but only a select group to attend to other aspects of fundraising. Pool journalists must share your computer with the press more. Obama is in town today to raise funds for his reelection campaign in 2012.

The White House may be able to manipulate the pool deck, but can not handle the fact that millions of Americans out of work due to the failure of Obama to create jobs and stimulate our economy, "said Fehrnstrom In a statement yesterday." This opinion article was about the work, which apparently is a sensitive issue for people with thin skin around the president.

After losing control of Congress, Obama sat down with the conservative Fox commentator Bill O'Reilly. The White House was to be at war with Fox News at the beginning of the administration, with his communications director calling Fox a "boom" of the Republican Party, while President Fox avoided interviews until his health reform proposal , had no problems.

In April 2010, Bloomberg's Ed Chen, president of the Association of White House Correspondents, met with complaints and then-press secretary Robert Gibbs hash media restrictions, saying: "In my 10 years White House rarely have I heard such a level of anger. The White House, practices and attitudes toward the press, "..

In fact, the history of the black population of Philadelphia was one of a series of stories for both open and use the new census data show that key areas have changed over time – but none of these stories seemed employer Cabal Online news Matt Drudge. of the city. In fact, it can be difficult, for some reason, global public Drudge would ensure that much of what feels like a local story for readers in one of the great United States is not clear if he does not understand the formula of Drudge recent years – very attractive for a political class, a segment that is terrified of social change and race and the idea that in a generation or two U.S. whites are a minority, because "they have in the city of Philadelphia.

That in turn inspired by a piece of yesterday for its popular (especially on Twitter) media columnist David Carr, "How Drudge has stayed on top." For Carr, the answer is a mixture of instinct is incredible news Drudge simplicity of his regime (a clean design and easy access to other stories in contrast to the art of Russian dolls that many new sites to avoid the use of the license and to increase visits), and the Drudge popularity with influential producers, editors, etc. to show the brilliance Drudge, the trots Carr as their site first cohort of Andrew Breitbart – not to mention how Breitbart destroyed its credibility in the argument USDA official Shirley Sherrod deliberately spots (most of the race, of course) and exaggerate the right video ethically challenged attack dog James O'Keefe.

Our hands are not clean at all. The gas that Saddam had we supplied, Iran had a democracy we overthrew it installed who we wanted, Egypt we supported their military and the list goes on and on all over the middle east and the world. We don't follow the Constitution, what the founders said, or apparently the Geneva Convention which we signed. They don't hate us because we are free or perceived as a christian nation, they hate us because we support the people that kill and enslave them. All of this counter terrorism baloney would not be needed if we actually followed the constitution, and what we as Americans are supposed to stand for. How about we don't supply the thugs, dictators, install our choices for their leaders.

Well, I wish you were exaggerating, but you are fundamentally correct. It is so easy to forgive ourselves for stuff like that, but people in the world know our history. If the US were affected by another country as much as many of them have been affected by us, our people would be rioting in the streets in protest as well. Imagine if China came in and overthrew our government and put in someone like the Shaw, the way we did to Iran.

Oh no, remeber this USA , the country who defne who is terrorist , so no one can define USA as a country of terrorism. Doesn't that exactly what terrorist do? It sound like this is a state terrorisim. So, USA will from time to time strike any place in the world (sorry , only the islamic world) killing those it doesn't like (of course after naming them terrorist). But be carefull guys, those poor that will be affected by your strikes, will hate you more and remeber they are great sucide, or aren't they??.

It's all about them and their views, and nothing about anyone else. They operate from hypocrisy as a starting point, thus they will never accept ANY responsibility for their mistakes while simultaneously expecting credit for other people's success. In their minds, conservatism/Republicanism is the only true way. It's the only way that could have brought success. Ever. Anyone who is not a Republican, in their minds, either exists to serve them or is lesser in some way. They can't blame themselves for the same reason they can't give Obama credit.

Gitmo's still a problem but he's made an effort and we'll see how things go now that bin Laden sleeps with the fishes. And he handled the minor problem of a viciously murderous criminal escaping justice and plotting mayhem. He privatized low orbit space which should please free marketeers no end and we'll see if it was the right time. He chose not to follow standard GOP procedure of organizing a witchhunt and jailing bankers. Some might wish a few were hanging from lampposts but I think he made the right call until Warren gets settled and begins issuing reports. He saved 2 of the Big 3 auto makers, mainly to save the jobs. And he got credit reform and the consumer credit protection agency which will do much good. FDA is vastly improved, FEMA got plaudits for much improved performance during the tornadoes, and if the GOP can be held off, EPA will get to do its job properly. All his effort. He fought with courage and persistence for ACA and if it wasn't perfect he got most of what he wanted. He fought for extension of unemployment benefits. If we had kept his stimulus going another year as he wished, the states would not be in the holes they're in and our recovery would be faster.Naturally with high unemployment and the housing market collapse the deficit worsened.Get people working and revenues will improve. I think he should have let the tax credits lapse but he may be right to let them stay a short time longer and thanks to the GOP's arrogance and clear siding with the wealthy few, it will be much easier to get the credits for high income people dropped next time round. If he can get a clear run, we could see his infrastructure bank and the Smart Grid project that shape though the GOP Nosayers will do everything to block him. How worse? He kept TARP going which did its job of saving the credit system and more importantly has been doing a fine job recovering the cash.

To quote the shrub, not something I do often, "Bring it on"As far as what happened to candidate Obama's promises once he became President, reality BITES, and if he is only going to keep ONE campaign promise, this was the one.On Gitmo, talk to the Republicans in congress, they are the ones that tied his hands.

As a retired United States Army Infantryman I can tell from first hand experience that our job is to Protect the United States of America against ALL Enemies, yes sometimes that means taking lives, and that is an unfortunate thing, but that is also what happens in War. Next time you are talking about the Military being killers, remember that if it wasn't for our Military you would not have the freedoms that you enjoy in the United states. jklapper, The Militarys job is NOT to Kill people and Break things.

Please, look at the masses of angry faces in countless numbers of news videos from around the Muslim world, where thousands are chanting death to someone or some country that isn't Islamic. We cannot stay in that region long enough to kill all those people. Leave them to their own horrors and pull our troops out. The problem people in the Islamic world are continually referred to as a minority, a fringe element, a small number of, and so on. End Muslim immigration to the U.S.

The elimination of Bin Laden has everything to do with Counterrorism, yes, but nothing whatsoever to do with a comparison to "nation building". Core to the Bush Doctrine is the effort to track down terrosists and kill them where they live Fareed. Obama execuited the Bush Doctrine to perfection Fareed.

Hunt down the leadership and kill them where THEY live, not where WE live. Play hardball with these thugs – this they will understand. Need continued powers provided by the Patriot Act. Keep harsh interrogation in play. Bravo to Obama for executing this part of the War when it came to Bin Laden.

Here is the legal question at the heart of the event, which was argued before the Oregon Supreme Court next week. We all know that the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution protects everyone, the quest for "reasonable" and seizures. In the 18 th century, however, in many cases have focused on defining what is and is not reasonable.

As summarized Wikipedia, the police can not search ", the area under the immediate control of suspicion", as attorney James Bronson, James Nix is more colorful, is a "major rule." If you can get the police can find it. California, called a key exception to the exception. The big change of the exception was in 1969 against caseChimel whether a suspect was arrested at his home, police n 'could not search his home. Under the English common law, which was considered reasonable for the police in the search for you while in custody. He became known as the search incident "the detention of exception" and U.S. law was about 100 years.

Since then, there have been a number of exceptions to the exceptions to the exceptions that the courts attempt to address the definition of "reasonable." The courts have said that certain types of objects can find near you – bags, backpacks, magazines, etc. – but others could not be, like, for example, a log.

The Ohio Supreme Court ruled that the searches violate the Fourth Amendment, even though three dissenting justices said the search was similar to the categories of mobile search. Nationally, both in Ohio and California Supreme Courts have taken on the issue of mobile search without a warrant. (I do the obvious fact that cell phones can be the judges are a bit like an address book, but mine is not). California, meanwhile, said the phone was "immediately associated" with the defendant and therefore available.

If the search warrant of the cell is cleared each time someone is arrested with her phone – almost always – the government will be able to comb through all that you are able to access through the phone and using the best tools that can provide mobile forensics.

He has provided Democrats with a great ad copy, denounces the Republican plan to end Medicare as "radical" and "right of social engineering." He managed an astonishing 360 for the night, had "always supported" an individual mandate health care unconstitutional the following day. Gingrich mouth – always faster than his brain – was sick of his foot. Has received a deserved contempt for whistle bait dog breed common saying that Obama "food good president." And, of course, in the period up to his announcement, he accepted the trophy for most creative excuse for cheating on his wife, saying it was his passion for his country that has gone astray. Less than a week after the launch of his presidential campaign, the candidate Newt Gingrich has already been declared "done" and "beyond", the conservative commentator Charles Krauthammer.

Offered the clearest statement of how the Republicans against Obama and the Democrats in the upcoming elections – in the tradition of Reagan, the combination of the city on a hill with racial overtones alley economic homilies. Although Gingrich gift for self-immolation, even his own candidacy and undermined by the license of your mouth and your libido, not to be dismissed. Consider Gingrich card.

Obama will spend nine months fighting with the Republicans on cuts. But the Republican presidential candidates will not talk about deficit – blamed Obama for the economy, slow recovery and lack of jobs. Gingrich did not discuss the debt, but in employment – payroll – and the economy. While Washington is mired in a debate on the deficit and debt, to cut and when. Racism only crack the code for food stamps called Reagan "welfare queen" stories. But note the context.

Despite its reputation as a man full of ideas, no new ideas. It is rather a repetition of the conservative homilies last 30 years – tax cuts for corporations and the rich, the dismantling of regulations, including the replacement of the Environmental Protection Agency, repeals and replaces reform health care Obama, create a power plan "(or" drill, baby, drill "in the old formulation Gingrich), balance the budget in all the above. No Not surprisingly, Gingrich has a plan to develop nine new jobs to detail what was going to do for the economy.
