The army has launched an investigation into allegations that dozens of soldiers have been punished and locked in their barracks in Newport News, Virginia, may not participate in a Christian rock concert. Many soldiers, including many Muslims, has refused to attend the concert on the basis of their religious beliefs. The soldiers who did not participate were instructed to clean the barracks and was told not to use mobile phones or personal computers.
