But none of them, with the possible exception of Tip O'Neill and Newt Gingrich has been very fun to watch and write about Nancy Pelosi. I covered eight speaker of the House to come to Washington as a young reporter for a newspaper chain in the Midwest in 1965, six of them at a distance close enough to help a newspaper that covers Congress in 1994, all figures not be underestimated.
