The Missouri Supreme Court overturned a 2005 law that contained restrictions similar to those of the bill this year, lawmakers added that the decision was unconstitutional provisions of a draft law on driving under the influence. A federal grand jury is investigating whether political contributions from the adult entertainment industry interested in managing this bill to Parliament in 2005. But no charges were filed.
To make sure strippers are off limits, the law requires employees to remain semi-naked on a stage at least 18 cm high and at least 6 feet from customers in a room of 600 square meters. It would prohibit nudity, alcohol, employees under age 18 and semi naked and customers feel.
