Ron Paul was elected with 31% of the vote in 2010 for the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), the best conservative candidate for president in 2012. Beating Mitt Romney (22%) Sarah Palin (7%) Tim Pawlenty (6%) and others by a wide margin, the physician before, Mitt Romney won the straw elections for three consecutive years.
